《水墨与纹藏 — 国际设计特色作品展》
一、展览宗旨
水墨是自然而富有诗意的文化载体，蕴涵着丰富的人文精神。纹样是民族的图腾，是一种刻录文明年轮的生活美学符号。水墨与纹样的意象内核有着同样令人神往的诗意境界，为当代设计赋予了更高的审美价值。新时代信息媒介与沟通方式的变迁，让水墨与纹样在设计中得到进一步融合。独特的设计之美，是传统与现代、艺术与科技完美结合的结果，蕴含着无限的生机。
北京国际设计周由文化和旅游部、北京市政府联合主办，是中国首都重要的年度国际性文化盛事。在中华人民共和国成立70周年之际，2019北京国际设计周《水墨与纹藏 — 国际设计特色作品展》将继续秉持“设计之都 · 智慧城市”的理念，借助北京这一全国文化中心建设的引擎和资源平台，旨在发现既有文化意蕴，又能彰显时代精神的水墨与纹藏设计作品。展览强调设计思维的再创新、设计附加值的再提升，聚焦设计与文化、科技及相关产业的融合发展，凸显文化与设计共存的生态意义。

三、征集类别
1. 与水墨相关的设计与创作 ； 2. 与纹样相关的设计与创作。两类包括：A视觉设计、B文创设计、C空间设计、D媒体设计、E实验创作、F水墨艺术等。
四、征集对象
面向全球征集。凡从事相关设计工作的个人、机构、专业院校师生，其创作作品均属征集的对象。同时，组委会将精选第一、第二届当代国际水墨设计展、纹藏中国设计展部分优秀作品与征集入选作品同期展出。
五、投稿要求
1、投稿时间：2019年7月12日 — 8月20日。
2、作品提交：作品需提交电子文件和参展报名表，设计者和机构每类限交3件（套）作品。
3、电子文件：作品尺寸90x60cm，RGB模式，JPG格式，300dpi，凡有效果图或实物照片投稿者，可按90x60cm规格排版，以竖版为宜。
4、文件命名方式：国籍+名+姓+作品名称+征集类别。
5、将投稿作品电子文件和参展报名表（附后）打包发至组委会邮箱。水墨类作品发至inkdesign2019@163.com 纹藏类作品发至wenzang2019@163.com
六、评审方式
1、评审团由国内外专家组成，评委届时公布。
2、展览经过评审，评审结果在相关媒体上择期公布，未入选者不另行通知。

1、本次展览不收取任何费用。
2、参展作品的传播、展览、刊登、出版等使用权归组委会所有，组委会在使用时对其作者予以署名。
3、参展作品须原创，不得有侵犯任何第三方著作权、其他任何知识产权或专利的情况。如发现不符合条件者，组委会有权在展览任何阶段取消其参展资格，收回证书，由参展者自行承担相应后果。

——the Special Works Exhibition of International Design
1.The Purpose of Exhibition
Ink art is a natural and poetic cultural carrier, which contains rich humanistic spirit. Patterns are the totem of a nation and the aesthetic symbol of life that records the rings of civilization. The image core of ink and pattern has the same fascinating poetic realm, which endows contemporary design with higher aesthetic value, they have been further integrated with the change of medium of information and the way of communication in the new era. So the unique beauty of design, which contains infinite vitality, is the perfect combination of tradition and modernity, as well as art and technology.
Beijing design week is an important annual international cultural event in the capital of China, which is hosted by the national department of culture and tourism and the Beijing municipal government. On the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, Ink Art & Pattern——the Special Works Exhibition of International Design 2019 Beijing International Design week will be presented at Beijing International Design Week in 2019 and it will continue to adhere to the concept of Design Capital-Smart City. With the help of the engine and resource platform of the construction of Beijing as a national cultural center, the design exhibition is aiming at discovering both cultural implications and prominence of design works with the spirit of the times. The exhibition emphasizes the re-innovation of design thinking, the re-enhancement of design value, the integration of design and culture, science and technology and related industries, and highlights the ecological significance of the coexistence of culture and design.

4. Participants
Global Collection:
Designers, artists, teachers all around the world, including students are welcomed to participate. The Exhibition Committee will select some excellent works from the 1st and the 2nd Exhibition of Contemporary International Ink Design, and The Chinese Pattern Design Exhibition, which will exhibit with this year’s works together at same time.
5. Submission
A. Collection Time: July 12 - August 20, 2019
B. Submission: Works should be submitted with electronic documents and registration form for exhibition, 3 pieces/sets limited of works for each participant/group.
C: Digital File Format: work size is 90x60cm, RGB, JPG, 300dpi; If you want to send us the design sketch or photograph of real products, please make it to 90x60cm, vertical layout.
D: Name Format of Files:
Nationality/Region+Name+Last Name+Name of works+A/B/C/D/E/F (Category).
E: Please sent your works and the entry form (appendix) to the work mailbox.

6. Evaluation
A. The jury is composed of experts from home and abroad, their names will release at the scheduled time.
B. We will publish the result in the relevant media at appointed time after the assessment; there won’t be notice for the works not selected.

A. Submission is free
B. All rights about dissemination, exhibition, printing and publication of the submitted works are reserved to the exhibition committee. All works will credit to creator’s name.
C. Works for entry must be original，no infringement of the copyright of any third party or other intellectual property and patent shall be allowed. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to cancel its qualification and withdraw its certificate at any stage of the exhibition if any work offends the rules. The participants bear the corresponding results.
D. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the rules.
